A-LEVEL PHYSICS (physical quantities and units)

This slide is about PHYSICAL QUANTITIES AND UNITS

The mind map is comprehensive and easy to use by zoom in and out the mind map

Its also can be edited

ASSALAMUALAIKUM..this post is about physical quantities and units.

.
i think the mind map is simple but very useful and easy to use. the mind map explained all the points in the whole chapter. generally, i understood all the contents on the mind map. firstly, the mind map explained about the vector and scalar quantities in general. then, its also explained about the homogenity and SI unit. its also explained about base units and dimension. this mind map also explained about the vector.

  • homogeinity is units and dimension in an equation are equal. LHS=RHS
  • scalar quantity have magnitude but no direction and vector quantity have both magnitude and direction
  • vector is divided into four which are addition, substraction, resolution and resultant.
  • prefixes are used to represent physical quantities which have very large or very small values in SI units.
but i have some topics that i not really understood which is vector. i confused on how to use the Fcostheta and Fsintheta.
i also not really understand about homogeneity if the question is too hard and complicated. but i hope i can overcome these problems as soon as possible.
